2. Products & Descriptions
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and materials may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.
All items are subject to availability — we may modify or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on our website are based on Malaysian Ringgit (RM) as the primary currency.
For convenience, prices may be shown in other currencies using automatic conversion rates. These converted prices are for reference only — the final transaction amount will be charged in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or your card’s billing currency, depending on your payment provider.
Product prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. SNIFF reserves the right to adjust prices or offers due to cost changes, exchange rate fluctuations, or product updates.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend affected orders. If payment has already been made, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any incorrect amount charged.
Promotional prices, bundles, or discounts are valid only during the stated period or while stocks last, and cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Pre-Order Items
5.1 Nature of Pre-Order Items
Certain products offered on our website are available as pre-order items. These products are not yet in stock and will only be produced once the pre-order requirement is met. By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge that the item is not immediately available.
5.2 Production Confirmation
Production of pre-order items will only begin once the required minimum number of orders has been reached.
• The required minimum quantity may vary depending on the product.
• The current status (e.g., “X% reached” or “still collecting orders”) will be communicated on the product page or via customer updates.
5.3 Estimated Timeline
All timelines provided—such as estimated production time or estimated shipping duration—are approximate only.
• Production typically begins after the pre-order requirement is fulfilled.
• Manufacturing and transit durations may vary due to supplier schedules, logistics conditions, or external factors.
• Customers will be notified if there are significant delays or changes.
5.4 Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the minimum order requirement is NOT met:
• Sniff reserves the right to cancel the pre-order.
• Customers will receive a full refund for the affected item(s).
If the minimum order requirement IS met:
• Once production has begun, cancellations from the customer are generally not allowed as the product is custom-produced based on pre-order demand.
• Special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5.5 Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
This confirms your reservation and helps ensure production can begin once the required quantity is reached.
5.6 Updates & Communication
Customers will be updated through email or other communication channels regarding:
• Pre-order status
• Production progress
• Estimated shipping window
• Any changes, delays, or cancellations
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders within a reasonable timeframe.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
SNIFF is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, customs clearance, or weather conditions.
Lost or Damaged Parcels:
In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist with an investigation, but SNIFF is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier errors.
Battery-Powered Products:
Some products, such as the SNIFF Tracker, contain non-rechargeable batteries and must comply with shipping regulations for battery-powered devices. International delivery may require additional documentation or longer processing times.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pet to love every SNIFF purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and purchased directly from SNIFF.

Customers are responsible for the delivery fee when returning an item for a refund or exchange.
Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
8. Warranty
All SNIFF products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
We offer the following limited warranty coverage against manufacturing defects:
• Accessories: 90-day limited warranty
• Electronic items (e.g., trackers): 1-year limited warranty
Warranty must be registered within 7 days using the included QR code.
This warranty does not cover chewing damage, wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized sellers, water damage, battery depletion, or attempts to modify or recharge battery-powered devices.
To submit a claim, visit sniff.co/warranty and provide your order number, warranty ID, and photos.
9. Limitation of Liability
SNIFF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
10. Force Majeure
SNIFF shall not be held liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, pandemics, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, or unforeseen emergencies.
11. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, text, and logos on this website are the property of SNIFF and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
