If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and purchased directly from SNIFF. Customers are responsible for the delivery fee when returning an item for a refund or exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm eligibility and process your exchange or refund.
